"Fine but not great"

The old town was only a short walk away making it a good base for wandering around Matera. The house was clean and well heated.

We understand why we were given a shortened introduction to the house but that meant that there were some issues related to how things operated in the house and how quickly they were addressed. An instruction booklet would have been very helpful. We did not find the bed to be particularly comfortable.

"Great place to spend a couple of nights, spacious living area and a seating area in the bedroom."

Close to Central Station and Sasso area. Easy to walk everywhere. Lovely ground floor apartment with parking. Felt homely with nice decorations. Friendly host. Reasonably quiet area. Has a kitchen so if so inclined it's possible to cook meals.
