beds were comfortable though it was on a platform on the floor like japanese style

aircon remotes 4 rooms and 1 hall. 4 remotes the batteries were old and leaking and not working except 1 remote which i had to run upstairs and downstairs to on and off the aircons.

Bilik sangat luas and dia tak ada katil. So kalau guest ramai boleh bentang comforters

The Seremban homestay managed by this particular agent and owner falls short of professional standards and is not worth the price of RM500-600 per night due to lack of maintenance. The air conditioning is ineffective, the couch is dirty, and the floors are not properly cleaned. Both units I booked were released in subpar condition, with one having overgrown grass. Despite booking months in advance, the agent provided numerous excuses. It's unreasonable to expect guests to travel all the way to Malaysia only to wait for cleaners or technicians few times to attend to resolve problems after their arrival. At first, the owner agreed to let us exchange the homestay at no extra charge, leading to my guests moving twice. However, when problems emerged with the second homestay, which was intended for the rest of our guests from around the world attending our wedding dinner, the owner offered us the choice to cancel if we were dissatisfied. Upon our request for a refund, she texted us, demanding that we either pay the price difference or leave the homestay (exchange homestay which my guests had moved in earlier after her permission). Furthermore, they even double-booked our reservation. This was the worst homestay experience we've had in Seremban, and the owner's impolite attitude adds to the disappointment. Consider carefully before booking with this agent or owner.
