I’d like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at the homestay. We were informed by the owner that alcohol was not allowed, but there was no prior notice or mention of this during the booking process, they conveniently blame us for not adhering to all unwritten rules, like no pets and alcohol, it should be explicitly mentioned Additionally, several promised amenities such as towels, linens (blankets), and the mini pool were either not provided or not usable. These were clearly stated as part of the included services, so it was disappointing not to have them. Ignorant about missing linen and swimming pool readily available. We acknowledge that we left behind three bottles of beers and didn’t clean them up—that was our mistake. However, aside from that, we paid the full price despite the lack of service and missing amenities.
