The house is comfortable and big enough to fit 4 families. There are 4 rooms - 2 with airconds and 2 without aircond. But the living and dining areas have airconds. So if you feel the rooms without aircond are too hot for you, you can sleep in the living room. The host is kind enough to provide free loaf of bread and basic coffee and tea + sugar for us. The house is also equipped with cooking area and utensils as well as washing machine. The ares outside the house is big enough to fit 5 cars. There are 2 bathrooms - one with water heater and another one is without. The house also has board/traditional games which keep the kids (or even adults) occupied. There is also a cafe next to the house (about 30 meters away) which is owned by the owner's family member. The cafe's main dish is only nasi lemak, which is very tasty. It also has finger foods like fries and nugget as well as coffee. The coffee is great too. Location wise, the road leading to the house is a bit narrow and quitr further in but it is not that bad since it is well lit at night. The place is actually like 5 min away from Krubong shop lots which are quite new and have many choices. So dont worry about finding food there

The bathroom has too many moth balls (ubat gegat). So the smell is very strong. Maybe can remove some of it. The house actually has 2 kitchens, but only one is set up to allow for cooking. Not sure whether the other one is allowed/set up for cooking as well (i.e. whether there is gas connected or not). Anyway, the issue is that the one that is set up for cooking is directly in front of the living area. I think it is better to switch to the other side, which is the one in front of the dining area since that's where the fridge is. Maybe the owner can switch the tv to a smart tv whivh allows guests to open streaming service like netflix. Currently, it only has mytv (i.e free national digital tv). Not sure whether the internet speed will be an issue since i dont thinnk it is fiber glass internet.

2 bed room no aircond and 1 bathroom no heater provided, Other was perfectly good

Clean and spacious with good privacy between the rooms

Wud be perfect 10/10 if all rooms had airconds, but the fan was cool enough
