Great view and great location!

Amazing view from the terrace. Clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

We were forewarned but the stairs up to the apartment are no joke and there are more stairs once inside. Pack light or hire a Porter. Fornillo beach is a very long way down many, many stairs but lovely once there.

The balcony and the views!!! Split living (single room on lower floor), two bathrooms, efficient kitchen and laundry, comfortable beds. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! I liked that the apartment was not down near the beach where people were everywhere. It was enough away to gave some privacy but close enough to restaurants and the main town and beach areas to be convenient. Accommodating host. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Remember, this is Positano and there are lots and lots and lots of stairs. This apartment also requires the ability to climb many stairs. If you have difficulty with stairs, consider carefully where you stay…including whether Positano is the right choice for you; you can always day trip from Sorrento.)

We loved our stay here! The photos don't really do the property justice. The view is absolutely outstanding, the location of il Rifugio is hard to beat, with nearby eateries and convenience stores etc. Super clean, spread over three levels, lovely hosts - thank-you to Stefania for arranging a restaurant booking that was impossible to do from Australia. I highly, highly recommend il Rifugio for your stay in Positano.

Absolutely beautiful home in a wonderful location in Positano. We loved our stay here and had everything we needed to be very comfortable and happy. We loved being so close to Fornillo and lots of fabulous restaurants. We felt so lucky to be allowed to check out late with our small children which tells you everything about the kindness and goodness of the hosts! Great communication all round, super easy and would recommend this lovely family home to anyone. Thank you for having us.

Good location. Beautiful view but not too far to walk to restaurants or the centre of town. Having a laundry machine was nice

Very hard mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. Was out of basic condiments such as olive oil

Stefania and Rosanna were very pleasant and responsive. The apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed, and was convenient to the bus stop.

I didn’t like the amount of stairs to the apartment, but I aware beforehand. However, you’re never prepared unless you’re in great shape.

The view of the deck is amazing 😍. Great location, to stay in Positano, just a short ~10min walk down stairs/ the road to the beach and shops. Nice apartment, has a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment, so keep that in mind with your luggage, however the view is more than worth the stairs.

one of the best views in Positano. Very comfortable and spacious apartment, if you don't mind the 85 stairs.
