"Amazing location and everything you need for a lovely Kyoto stay"

Amazing location, fantastic facilities for a family travelling together (6 and 1 year old). Kitchen fridge, washing machine. Very comfortable, clean and everything you needed for a stay in Kyoto. Across the road from Toji temple - such a great spot. The window shutters were great for keeping the room dark too!

We needed a few extra futon mattresses to be comfortable as they were a bit thin. Need a toaster please.

"clean, bright, cozy, convenient, functional- friendly staff!"

close to bus and train station, close to several convenience stores, grocery, walk to Aeon mall, restaurants, todaji temple... the apartment is spotless and bright! washing machine, tub, kitchenette, good wifi.... we definitely recommend staying here!
