The sign outside welcoming us was lovely. Friendly hostess.

The issue is with Booking.com. The booking was made on March 15, 2026. On April 25 I got another email asking me to submit my arrival time. At the bottom was a link to view the booking details. I didn't bother with this as I thought I knew the details. However, when the hostess said I needed to pay another 57 Euros I checked this link. Right at the bottom was a link saying 'What's included in this price? ' When I looked at this I found out why this money was requested. If you had this information right in the email it would have been more helpful and would not have come as a shock when we were about to leave. It also meant taking time to go to an ATM to get some cash. Also, I would like to know why this information was not given before I made the booking.
