못가게되어 아쉽네요

출국 직전 pcr양성으로 못가게 되었습니다. 물론 환불이 어렵다 공지는 해주신 바 충분히 알고 있어 혹시나 메신저로 여쭤보니 해주신다고 하셨었습니다. 애초에 안된다 해주셨으면 좋았을텐데 해주신다 하신 이후로 2개월이 지나도 일부 환불금액도 들어오지 않네요. 시스템을 잘 못다루셔서 그런건지 그런 척하신 건지는 잘 모르겠습니다.
