The house is big and jz by road side, easy access, have many restaurants near by. 10-15 minutes drive to jetty. Opposite of road is beach, but need bkful if walk there becoz need cross a quite busy road. 1 shower room, 1 toilet, 1 toilet+shower

There's a bush which block the house signboard, once u miss the entry need go abit far to uturn as the road is one way. One of the room has no aircond, very hot in afternoon. Below things some already informed owner, hope will be fixed: 1. One of the room was leaking when rain. 2. The water flow of basin in front of room too small. 3. 1 water heater not working, another one pump not working

Very ancient type hse like balik kampong vibe…nice location with makan place.

Pls add more toilet and add airconditioner to the 4th room.
