"The place is very cheap, but it is very poor in term of its cleaniness and facilities."

The price is cery cheap, and have 3 bedroom.

There is lots of dust, its extremely dusty, the ceiling and floor. You can basically see dust on the ceiling. Bathroom : The shower is quite old, and the water flow from the shower is slow. Bedroom : The bed and matress both squeaky, did not really feel comfortable to sleep. For all three bedroom is the same. I think the bed is quite old. Air conditioner : Its okay.. not to cold i guess.
