Location. It's in Å! Super friendly staff, no issues with our super last minute booking. Great room with great facilities and superb view! We didn't get any auroras that night but if we had, we would have had a great view from our apartment.

Humiliating experience! The owner was very rude and thretened either we pay double price or get out of he’s hotel with 3 year old child in the middle of the night only because he make offer at the Booking.com system that is easy to confuse and not according to search options. Then he blurt out, that this porblem he has with other clients and even that day he had same conflict with other client next door to ours. But that is not kind of he’s fault but Booking.com fault and we need to get out and forget about money return. He even tried to call police, but police did not come of course. It ruined our stay and impression on normal attitude to peopleso after 2 hours him sitting on the phone with police rather than solving the problem, I had to beg him that we pay so don’t need to go around 1am at the end of the Island with 3 year old child Hope they do not run that place as they do not deserve to work with people Cinical and rude people
