Close to Reinebringen trail head. Center to South Lofoten region

Only one restroom and a bit small. If they can have powder room it will be nice. Staying with 5 adults we need another restroom

Good location, nice view, comfy sofa and good TV. Staff were quick to resolve issues . Let us check in early

- TV controller was melted when we arrived - leaky washing machine and shower. Washing machine broke and ripped our clothing - blood stained bedding - dog hair on bed linens - clearly not cleaned thoroughly before arrival - mould in shower - no mattress protectors

Dated property that looked tired and tatty in places. Blinds that did not work and curtains that did not close properly.

The location was excellent. The kitchen was well-appointed and excellent. We cooked for ourselves during nearly the whole trip and used nearly all things for food preparation. The living room was spacious (especially for 2 people) - and we used it for setting up the giant drying rack (we washed closed many times and there is no dryer). The bathroom hot water/shower and pressure was excellent.

When we first arrived (around 7 p.m.), house-cleaning hadn't been completed (there were piles of used towels/linens) and we had to call to get new sheets/towels, etc. The host had someone at the house within an hour to fix that, which was appreciated. We also had a 2-day cold-spelling during our stay and had to use some of the space heaters to warm up the living room - which promptly shut down the electricity in the whole house... so we had to call the host to find the fusebox and fix that. There is a strong mold smell in the bathroom (specifically coming from the sink area) that should be addressed. The double bed was too short and very, very soft - the mattress seemed very old, with a sunken spot in the middle. We stayed during midnight sun time and it would be nice to have "black-out" or heavy curtains to cut the light more in the bedrooms. Many windows in the living room also don't open. When we arrived, everything was unplugged or turned off (including the water going to the washing machine). We were confused at first - especially because housecleaning wasn't done. If things don't seem to work at first - check the plugs and water lines!

first of all, the location of house was perfect. the design, kitchen and all furniture is awesome as well. there are plenty of kitchenware and we had not face any insufficiency during our holiday

The first unpleasant part of our experience was the heating which is really the most important thing especially in the days we were there (in January). there were 4-5 heaters which were not enough to warm the house even if the air condition was on. also we could not turn them all at the same time because of the electrical fuse installation of the house. they brought us an additional heater but it was not nice to carry it to every room we go in the house. second unpleasant issue is the bedroom. the beds were not comfortable and there were empty “boxer boxes” in the wardrobe. the beds were too small and also the duvets were not big enough. even these conditions we had an amazing holiday. thank you for all.

the power system is not stable. the hot water is not enough.

Very old and cold

The house location is perfect. We get nice view to Aurora Borealis as it is situated on the edge of the city. Well equipped kitchen, no problem there. Nice and responsive staff. Unfortunately only through phone as it is company who take care of several accommodations in Reine.

It was old typical norwegian house. Not much to say about that. In photos it looks better. Its more suited for summer vacations. It was quite cold inside when we arrived. I think below 10 degrees. It too all night to get living room warm. We also didn't like the beds. Old and uncomfortable. They should do more investment in that direction. Ill definetely choose something else but at that point was nothing else available in that price range. So in conclusion - one time experience.

A very nice comfortable location with a splendious view to the sea. The kitchen was well equipped. Very good support in case of questions.

We were missing the heating in the bathroom, but could use the heating from the sleepingroom instead.
