Amazing garden. Nice verandah to sit and relax on. Very convenient location

Another fridge would have been handy, maybe in the back games room to take overflow from main fridge. A sink for handwashing & cleaning outside of the toilet/bathroom would have been good.

Quaint comfortable, well equipped and spacious beautiful old cottage. Gardens were amazing and full of many colorful flowers and plants. The cottage felt like home and very welcoming. Kitchen was big and very well equipped, the sunroom was set up for dining with great views of the garden. There is a huge covered veranda for relaxing, taking in the sweet smell of roses and listening to the abundant birdlife and just chill out. If you stay in colder seasons then there's an amazing woodburner and a large supply of free wood. The added addition of a rumpus room makes it a great place to stay with family and friends.

Would have liked bath or shower mat and not have to step out with wet feet unto fluffy rug that maybe other guests had used. We did use a folded up towel instead but bath mats are better as thicker.

This property is a hidden gem & I loved it from first sight. The gardens are exquisite and the house is absolutely beautiful. There is everything there that you would need. The log fire makes it so cosy & homely and I'm so glad it was cold enough to need it. The host had a welcome basket which was a lovely touch. Can't recommend this cottage enough if you stay in Lawrence.

A superb cottage that has obviously been lovingly and thoughtfully restored. As soon as I saw the garden it was like coming home! Thank you for sharing it with us .. a lovely relaxing and comfortable visit.

The first thing we noticed when stepping out of the car was the fragrance from the garden - absolutely delightful. Beautifully appointed cottage with everything we needed and more. Welcome chocolates and drinks from our hosts were a nice touch. Loved our stay here.
