Beaver Farm House

Only thing going for this property was the size and parking.

The property was FREEZING couldn’t heat the house to a warm temperature, woke up to 2 degrees in the morning inside. The gas fire didn’t go for a long period it turned off. Only had a heat pump in the master bedroom. Oil heaters for the bedroom but to noisy to have on while sleeping, one keeped tripping the fuse and not all electric blankets worked. You could only have one person have a hot shower, the rest would have a cold one, maybe cylinder needs turning up.The kitchen needs to be cleaned to a better standard, there were greasy prints on the oven, microwave, doors and the cook top was sticky, we didn’t use. The dish sponge and tea towels were gross. Mould on curtains in one bedroom.

It was a very nice house and setting was great

It was a very nice house ,but dealing with changing an extra 500 dollars 1 hour before we were arriving is not OK and this canceling accommodation on the day people are traveling with no notifications is very poor and it's now the 2nd time of of 3 that this has happened to me ,and it's not good enough as you guys had a couple of thousand dollars from me for months and then this bullshit ,I think yous need to take a real long hard look at your processes as somthing is not working. Also the house was very dirty and we had to wash everything before using

Location was the only thing going for it

Property isn’t up to a healthy homes standard. Full of black mould, rat droppings etc toilet not working as it should. Fridge full of black mould

Location was good

There was cobwebs everywhere. The kitchen bench was all sticky so not sure when it had been cleaned. We just felt like it hadn't been used for a while and needed a good clean.

Great property for groups. The location was great for what we needed

No breakfast

Could be more then 8 people staying at the bnb should be open for that price

Need a new BBQ
