The Villa

The house heater was switched on arrival and there was also a heater for all the beds. Tina was also very prompt in replying and we were provided with all the necessities we needed.

As the house was a little old, the floor was creaky and it could get a little noisy as we walked.

Very comfortable and relaxed place to stay. The beds were super comfortable . The host was very helpful, she was very happy to drive us and our luggage into town the next morning.

No complaints AT ALL, just a comment to be aware of a climb up the roads to the property...but worth it! Just info if you are not driving.ie after bike riding tour.

Fantastic property with every amenity possible. The house is huge but very homey and the hosts delightful and very helpful.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

Location was great, walkable into town. There was lots of little extra like cereal and coffee, everything you could nee in the kitchen, large bedrooms with plenty of bedding, good size and cozy garden. Lots of heating options, we didn't need to use them but good to know they were there.

The main hallway was a bit creaky and loud.

The Villa had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The place had so much character and had a very warm feeling. We loved our stay.

There wasn't much not too like. The old decor exists in some areas but makes up for it in facilities and homely feel. We loved our stay.

Great character villa with plenty of space. Beautiful garden and convenient location. Pleasant owners.

Would have liked more cooking equipment so that we could have made better use of the self catering option - oven and microwaveable dishes/ pots and pans etc. Wasnt that easy to heat up quickly, but this is expected of an old villa. Quite a few spiders too!
