"A fantastic Queenstown family holiday experience."

The house was perfect for our Queenstown family holiday. Very well presented, heaps of space, beautiful kitchen and lounge, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and a brand new outdoor spa. Jacks Point is a fantastic location, so quiet and peaceful, and the views of the snow capped mountains and lake were absolutely spectacular.

Nothing really. The gas fire was a bit fickle to light at times but it eventually turned on.

We are regular visitors to Queenstown, but have typically stayed on a location a short stroll from the centre of town. This was our first time staying at Jack's Point, and from the moment we walked in the property exceeded all of our expectations - well appointed, warm, lots of room, really comfortable beds, great location (especially for skiing the Remarkables and skydiving), quiet at night, and not too far from central Queenstown.

As a family we have travelled extensively and at least one of the family will typically offer up an 'opportunity for improvement' following a stay. The exception now being our stay at 'A Remarkable Stay' - there was nothing we did not like about the property.

"Beautiful house in a beautiful location"

Beautiful location, about 25 minutes outside of the main part of Queenstown, but worth it for the 360 degree view of mountains and the feeling of space. Extremely nice house - well appointed and very comfortable.

The wood fired outdoor hot tub was meant to have supplies (kindling, fire starters etc) but hadn't been replenished so had to go and buy some. The dishwasher wasn't great (didn't dispense the powder and didn't dry the dishes). But overall these were very minor things.

Everything from the moment we stepped foot in the door! Provisions to tide us over until morning very appreciated. The location was stunning and we chose to stay in every night and cook and drink in the setting.

"Stunning getaway removed from busy queenstown"

The view is incredible. Welcome gifts waiting on arrival. Woodfire spa. Well stocked kitchen/laundry supplies.

Dishwasher didn't really work.
