"Charming, spacious retreat"

The place was really well equipped, everything you would want in the kitchen and then some. The decor was really lovely and very Rotorua. They even had a Christmas tree set up for us which was a very nice touch. The views are spectacular and the hot tub was hot and great to dip in after a day full of hiking and activities.

Everything was great, nothing not to like. Thank you for having us. We would definitely stay again.

Clean & spacious with all amenities we needed for our quick stay, perfect for a family of 10. We booked last minute in the same day (needed somewhere to fit us all before travelling seperate ways) 3 couples + children. The price was quite high, however I would definitely stay again and it was worth every dollar. The spa and outdoor area are amazing with a beautiful view of the lake. Local fish n chip shop is yum! Luxury stay for sure and we needed time to unwind and relax before heading back to city life. This was it!

Our stay here was fabulous, we were a party of 6 adults. The house had plenty of room for everyone and it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the house warm and we had plenty of towels. The view of the lake was amazing and the house is situated in a quiet area but close to town. Thank you Bryce for being so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house and return here again.

It had everything we needed.

The house was wonderful

We moved into the house at 2pm, but unfortunately the house was not clean. We had to contact the host and cleaning took another 3 hours. We were able to enter the house only at 5 pm. We were given 1 hour more to leave the house in the morning, but this certainly did not compensate for our frustration.
