Pothole on driveway, damp smell which reeked across the whole house those were just 2 major issues

1 upstairs fan not working can leave some more for down stairs. Need to work on driway

Luana was very helpful, quick at responding to any query I have prior to our arrival. The location was great, perfect view and facilities in the house was good and very spacious. We enjoyed the spa!

Just the drive uphill going to the house, very narrow and steep. Other than that, no further comments.

Room sizes were good, kitchen was adequate, 2 bathrooms and toilets were convenient, position on the main rd between the shops at Frankton and Queenstown, views of the lake and mountains were amazing every day. Hot water supply was more than adequate.

Needed a fan in downstairs rooms.

Uncomfortable beds. Uninsulated. Steep driveway.

Property Management (Harcourts) absolutely ruins what could have been a wonderful experience! Property itself is lovely. Very roomy. Goats and deer visit regularly. Nice view. Nice kitchen. Nice hot tub.

RENTER BEWARE!!!!! Communication with host (Harcourts) was deplorable to non-existent on multiple occasions. According to their instructions there was supposed to be Property Guest Guide to refer to. We searched every cupboard, drawer and closet in every room, so unless it was under the refrigerator it wasn't there. The TV had 3 remotes, a satellite dish and a video box but nothing worked. Perhaps the non-existent property guide could have helped. Called but phone just rang, no answering service. I sent a message through booking.com for help our 1st day. Supposed to be 24 hr response. (It was Saturday so should have heard Monday). We were there 4 nights. 2 days AFTER we checked out we got a response they could come fix the TV. Brilliant! Not the first time of no response. Upon booking the place my credit card was having an issue. I reached out for help through booking com. Even booking.com tried to reach them for help but never got a response. 3 weeks later, after I gave up and rebooked, I got a response. These people (Harcourts) are lame. Will never again book a property that they manage!
