The key code did not unlock the key box. The phone number for the rental agency just went to answer phone and I had to send an urgent email to the rental agency. They responded to the missed call, provided an updated key code and entry to the property was obtained. The reason given was that the cleaner had changed the code.

Location, modern house with nice established gardens & multiple decks.

Bed bug in main bedroom. Cockroaches. Only 1 bathroom/laundry which is difficult for 4 people. Prefer top load washer & separate dryer Bunkroom doors very noisey at night. No airrcond or mosquito screens. Basic cleaning was poor! Still waiting for feedback on investigation into bugs.

Overall the property was good and looked after. it was clean and facilities provided were adequate.

The kitchen hob was not in working order and no one advised us of this prior to stay. We had prepped ourself for the stay in a way that we would cook food during the stay however we were unable to do so and had to spend extra money eating outside which took out lot of time as there is nothing nearby (or atleast wasn’t open on easter holidays). We couldnt use Barbeque as well as is in open and it was raining heavily for the two days of our stay. We were very disappointed and the property managers couldnt arrange for portable stove. This things spoilt majority of our stay here.

no a/c or screens on windows. uncomfortable deck furniture. 3 decks but furniture only on one of them. could use ceiling fans throughout. one floor standing fan was all there was for the whole house. washer but no dryer.
