i booked for 2 houses with 3 rooms and both of the houses were so neat and clean. it was very comfortable to stay with your family. if you are wondering, yes they have swimming pool too but we didn't use it as we only stay there for 1 night and our schedules were tight. every room has an air-conditioner. the host provided the extra foldable mattress, iron, iron board, cutleries, fridge, shampoo, and water-heater shower. the 32" tv has basic channels. the host is kind, easy to communicate.

as there is no reception at the homestays, we need to wait to get the key and at that time the host was unreachable. quite upset with the situation but after like some minutes ahead, we successfully reach the host and received the key. the location is not at the KT city so you need to drive 5-15 mins for some good food but acceptable cause you would stay here for a vacation, so steering the wheel to explore the places is not a big deal imo.
