Puerto Morelos - House to enjoy Riviera Maya

Ease of location, use, big pool ... plus the owner made us a huge favor. We forgot our passports at the house, and they traveled 4 hours to our home in Merida to bring us the passports for our family, who left the next day.

It was very quiet in a secure location. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very good. Our arrival was delayed due to issues with transfers and buses, but Guzman was very patient and helpful in waiting to accommodate us. Although it’s a distance from the beach there are frequent colectivos that pass the entrance. Cost is 10 pesos per person per journey - excellent value and very convenient.

Some things are looking a little tired, for example the kitchen and bathroom but everything functions.

The appartment was like we expectet. The Owner is very helpful and kind. The apparment was not dirty or any other damageges. When we would be in Mexico another time we would take this Apparment anothertime. Also it was very nice to have a local which showed us beautiful places and food recommondations. The Owner is a great person with a good personality. We would recommend to go to Mr. Guzmanns Appartment and want to say thank you for this nice stay.

There was no things that we could meantion.

It is a complete house. We would have enjoyed to stay there for a few days. The house is in a gated area. Air conditioned. The owner family was there in the evening and they seemed to be very friendly. That have me a very good impression.

He forgot to bring his credit card machine in the evening and in the morning he didn't come on time. We had a long day of traveling ahead and had to wait a hour before we could leave the cash there and go. He didn't come till we where gone

The apartment was comfortable and had 3 bathrooms. The pool was very nice and quiet. The location is quiet and safe.

In general, everything was good. The location is a bit removed from the beach and supermarkets.
