AUThe location was much further out that we thought from the main area. It was rather secluded. The GRAB cars had difficulty finding the place.
1. Condition of the Bathroom in poor state. - shower room ceiling with signs of water penetration; green mould on the shower floor, soap tray and tiles 2. A hole in the ceiling of the 1st floor bedroom where a green dustbin has been placed below. Clearly water had penetrated in to the bedroom. 3. Ground floor bathroom, the shower tap became loose, water gushed out from the wall and flooded the entire lower floor. We asked to be moved to another airbnb but none was available. We asked to be compensated and owner was rude to say we are 'lucky' he did not charge us. 4. This was supposed to be a luxury Villa which we paid good money for and it says it has a seaview? (the only seaview was from one of the bathrooms windows) 5. We have gone thru' proper protocols to come up with an amicable agreement with the owner and booking.com but nothing was compensated to us(customers) leaving my family no choice but to write this review to the public.
