Guesthouse @ Ipoh garden II

The location of the property was perfect for us. It's in a fairly quiet neighbourhood yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The place was clean when we arrived and had basic amenities that met our needs. Host was responsive and polite. The host also accommodated our request for an earlier check-in when the occasion allowed for it.

Wifi was available but it was rather slow. We had one night of no water supply at night and nothing could be done but thankfully supply resumed in the morning. Another thing we thought could be improved was the air-conditioning in the rooms. Our beds were directly in front of the airconds and blankets provided were really thin. It was hard to get a comfortable setting with higher temperature, lower fan speed but we still had the air blowing directly at us or it would get too warm. Maybe a wind deflector or add in a fan would be a good option for those of us who do not like the ACs blowing directly at us.

Very nice , comfortable and clean house with many facilities. Suitable for family with kids and elderly people. Convenient to check in and check out by taking / returning the key from key box. We will be back to this house if we are going to ipoh next time.
