Brand New Townhome with Private Rooftop

The pool is very small

The house is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. It was super clean and well-appointed. The property is secure and located close to central La Paz. It is a reasonable walk or few minute's drive to the shore. It is also very comfortable whether you are watching (streaming) TV in the living room, having a meal, or relaxing in the rooftop plunge pool. The beds and linens make it easy to get a quality night's rest. There are fans and air conditioners in each room so everyone can adjust their climates to their own taste. We did not use the outdoor kitchen, but it looks like a great place to grill. The instructions on the appliances are in español, but still easy to figure out. My dealings with the property management company were stellar. Their response time was almost always instantaneous no matter what time of day or time zone. Even when I had to amend the number in our party and change the length of our stay, they were very helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about our temporary La Paz home. It totally exceeded our expectations. It was hard to leave. Gracias por todo!

Not a complaint but a caveat. There are a lot of stairs in this 3 story house. It was a little challenging for my elderly mother.

the location was perfect, not too far from the shops,restaurants and beach. the central AC helped ALOT during the hotter days. and the roof jacuzzi and grill was a definite highlight for the family.

the floors weren’t dirty but definitely wasn’t clean. and for the amount of time my family and I was staying there they only supplied us with about 6 pieces of toilet paper split between three bathrooms. no oils or seasonings to cook with. and besides the first day it was difficult to get in contact with someone
