AnSe' casa vacanze

Appartamento piccolo ma molto carino. Ottimo per soggiorni di breve durata. A due passi dal centro storico di Polignano.

Un po' complicato il carico/scarico bagagli poiché la via è stretta. Comunque una volta scaricato c'è un comodo ed ampio parcheggio gratuito a circa 200 mt in zona stazione

El anfitrión si bien no lo vimos (retiramos la llave de un box en el frente de la propiedad) estuvo muy atento y nos respondió por whatsapp todas las dudas. Llegamos a las 2 de la mañana y las intrucciones que nos dió fueron correctas. La ubicación es excelente! está a una cuadra de pleno centro muy cerca de todo. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café de cortesía un un champagne pequeño de bienvenida! La playa, la ciudad y la comida... exelentes!!!

La primera impresión no fue buena, teníamos más espectativas con respecto a las fotos que vimos. nos pareció más chico de lo que imaginamos. Habría que chequear lo indispensable de la vajilla. Faltaban cosas para 4 personas. El centro de Polignano a Mare es una ciudad antigua de calles pequeñas, difícil para circular en auto, por lo que el departamento no tiene parking. Pero buscando se puede estacionar en la calle y a unas 5 cuadras hay un parking grande de pago. En la calle si ves líneas blancas como lugar para estacionar, esos lugares son sin cargo. Si son línas azules tenés que pagar en el parkímetro y si son amarillas son exclusivas para los residentes. La multa es casi automática si no respetás esto.

Interesting in terms of « architecture ». Extra clean, cozy. Perfect location super close to everything. Angelica was helpful and patient.

Would have appreciated maybe a pair of scissors and a microwave! :) otherwise very nice

It was really close to the main square (this proximity was not so nice during New Year's Eve, we didnt expect such a long ang loud party), in the old town, close to the famous bridge and beach. The place is small but tidy and comfortable. The owner was in touch with us, always very helpful. There was a coffee machine as well as tea, coffee, olive oil and water. That was really useful.

There is no parking place. You have to find a car park in the town. The ones which are close are paid. For the last day and night we found a parking space a little bit further from the old town that was free. The chopping board would be useful to have and a spatula.

We loved the little house in Polignano. Very very cosy and well equipped. Owners were very helpful with advice even though we didn't meet them - we easily checked in with lockbox. Location is great for enjoying the town and Puglia. Two things specific to winter : 1) Aircon is indeed high, so while the attic bedroom warms up quickly it's pretty cool downstairs. The small bedroom has it's own heater which works great. 2) in low season street parking around is free, but you still need to roam to find a spot. We didn't check the larger lots. Review that mentioned flower pots restricting access to home helped us to be prepared:)

Thé property was comfortable, clean and very conveniently located within a stone’s throw of the old town. It was particularly good that the surrounding streets were well lit, making the area feel very safe at night.

A kettle and toaster would be useful additions to the kitchen

The location was brilliant and proximity to the old town was a 3 minute walk. The property had two beds which I had forgotten about and were happy to use the bottom bed so as not to have to carry our big suitcases upstairs. We loved the fact that someone had already set the television so we could get some programs in English. We loved that they left us a little bottle of pink champagne (bubbles) as a welcome gift.

When I messaged the time of my arrival the site said we would be met on location but no one was there. I could not find the address because when i googled it two others came up with a similar name, so when I messaged again, I did get a reply reasonably quickly giving me the address which was the same as on booking .com. However, the information said parking nearby, but it would have been really helpful knowing that you cannot drive up to the property to unload the bags as that street is pedestrian only and has big pot planters in the middle of the road so you cannot get into them. That would have been fine if we'd known as we kept trying to find a different way into the street. Similarly, there was no one on location to meet us just a lock box but no code was given. I sent numerous messages in English over the 30 minutes that I was standing outside the house but no reply. some were simple such as "I am here" which they could have changed via Google translator. They were not on WhatsApp so I could not WhatsApp them. I could not ring as my phone esim was for WhatsApp only and no phone calls. I luckily found a local business man who spoke English, who rang the host and they sent the code to his phone so I could get into the property. So ask them to send the code for the lockbox especially if you have given them a time of arrival. Most of the parking around the property is paid parking or resident parking. Again that would have been fine if we'd known as we would have paid for parking just to unload the car and then driven further away to park the car for 2 days.

Fantastic location, perfect for walking into town and very near the beach. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and the option to self cater with the kitchen setup was great.
