Villa Degli Ulivi Flora

Host contacted us couple of days in advance and let us check in before the check in hours. Apartments were was clean. We had all necessary supplies. Host was very friendly, shared all nearby locations, like restaurants and shops. We had a big outside space to relax.

Wall between bedrooms was very thin, but it is only one thing I didn’t like.

Die meisten Geräte waren alt und unbrauchbar, die Sofas waren unbequem, der Gastgeber sprach kein Englisch und die Kommunikation gestaltete sich schwierig.

La Villa Degli Ulivi è in un posto tranquillo ma a pochi passi ci sono un minimarket e una panetteria/pasticceria di ottima qualità. La spiaggia e la farmacia si trovano a 10 min. a piedi. A disposizione ci sono le biciclette e gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Lo spazio esterno alla villa è ad uso riservato ed è molto bello. Il fatto di avere 2 camere unicamente separate da un leggero vetro opaco per noi in famiglia non dato nessun fastidio. La disponibilità di Flora è ineccepibile e non lascia spazio a critiche. Siamo stati molto bene.

Sehr nette Gastegeber,zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit,die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut,in der Nähe vom Strand und Ortskern,man hat aber Privatsphäre und alles was man braucht für einen sowohl kürzeren als auch längeren Aufenthalt.

Przestronny apartament wyposażony prawie we wszystko. Ładny ogród. Czysto. Dostępne leżaki i parasole na plażę. Do plaży 15min spacerem. Klimatyzacja. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Byliśmy 10 dni. Niestety ani razu nie wymieniono nam recznikow- szkoda. Sprzątania też nie było, Przydałoby się, żeby apartament wyposażony był w miotłę. Po paru dniach piasek nam przeszkadzał.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always doing their best to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment was cozy and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday: a smart TV, air conditioning in each bedroom, plenty of towels, and a well-stocked kitchen – even basics like salt, baking soda, and vinegar were provided. The highlight was the beautiful, well-maintained garden with a lemon tree I absolutely fell in love with. It was such a pleasure to have breakfast outside in the cool morning air or enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine and a barbecue.

The nearest supermarket with a good selection is about 1.5 km away, so having a car is definitely helpful. There’s a small shop within walking distance, but it has limited hours and a very modest selection. The villa is not entirely private, as it might seem from the listing. It’s divided into a guest area and a separate part where the hosts live. Each part has its own entrance, and this didn’t cause any discomfort at all — in fact, the hosts were discreet and respectful, quietly maintaining the garden and even keeping an eye on things left outside. Still, I wanted to mention it since no other reviews had, and it could be important for some guests to know in advance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well taken care of.
