Struttura pulita e accogliente, il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per girare il centro di Palermo. Zona tranquilla e apparentamento dotato di tutti i servizi . Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Posizione molto vicina al centro con un parcheggio nelle vicinanze e fuori dalla Ztl.

Odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno. Gradita magari una bottiglietta d'acqua fresca in frigo.

Posizione ottima, Alessio gentile e disponibile, larghezza e comodità dell’intero appartamento.

L’appartamento risulta essere abbastanza umido, soprattutto il bagno che presenta inoltre un odore sgradevole di fogna.

It was spacious, clean and quiet. We entered the apartment without any trouble. We only stayed for one night so we would like to come here again! 😊

Comfortable, central, spacious little apartment. Good value, friendly host

No indication on the front door. Last minute change to our meeting with the host on arrival. Fortunately a friendly neighbor helped out.

The location is very good – 25 minutes walk from the Palermo Centrale station, 5-30 minutes walk from all the things you might want to visit in the historical center of Palermo. The bed is big and pretty comfortable and the apartment comes equipped with Wi-Fi, towels, a hairdryer, a fridge, some tea and coffee. Most of all, the contact with the host is very good.

While the apartment is clean, the bathroom smells pretty bad (I guess it's the pipes) and opening the window in the bathroom doesn't really help. Also, get ready for some mosquitos flying around (using some insect repellent is advisable if you don't want to get the bites).

There was a bad smell at the bathroom end of apartment, could be coming from outside or up the pipes as placed seemed very clean. Parking the car was not easy.. Wifi didn't work for us.
