strategic location, clear check in instructions, good wifi and spacious

kindly please pay attention to the cleanliness of the house. the kitchen sink, toilet mirror and refrigerator have dirt and stains which can easily come off by just rubbing if the cleaning is done properly. the outside area smell really bad when I arrived, most probably the smell of cats’ litter which should be cleaned before guests come in. the iron board cant even stand still and thus please repair or just replace a new one. the hose for shared toilet is too short!?
