I resented the fact that after paying for the property in full, a couple of weeks before travel I was informed that bedding and towels were not included and if required you would have to pay an additional fee, I think that’s terrible. Looking at the pictures, bedding is clearly visible. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have booked the property. I’ve taken pictures of the washing machine and the instructions on how to use it, it’s old and should be replaced. To reset it, you are expected to spin the drum manually until it resets, then the washer works, appalling. I don’t want mats on my bed either, they didn’t even fit, and they were just plonked on, awful
