ECWe are extremely disappointed with the hotel host's communication and service. Despite paying for the reservation in advance, we were left waiting for over three hours without any updates. To add insult to injury, they suddenly denied our check-in without any reasonable explanation. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers are unacceptable, ruining the entire experience. We strongly advise against booking with this hotel unless you enjoy wasting time and money on incompetence. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented accommodation.
