"Could be better stay if home owner maintains the house cleanliness and maintenance."

The location is well secured and easy to find with the help of waze/ google maps. Nearby UPSI Proton City campus. The owner is very nice and friendly. The house is equipped with coway.

This maybe our fault in booking the house last minute and on the spot. The house was tidy but not really clean, during our stay we were welcomed with a strong cat urine smells (due to neighbours cat roaming freely). All the rooms are on second floor. The rooms photos were not up to date with the current situation. Suggests the home owner to replace the bulbs and maintenance the home appliances properly.

The house was in good condition, with complete facilities (cooking appliances, TV and Wi-Fi) and sufficient parking for large families.They provided an additional mattress in each room and all rooms were equipped with air conditioning.

The interior just a bit old.
