Location and view are awesome. It's quiet and cozy around the house.

The host was only worried about us cleaning the house. Very worried. He asked for it many times upon the arrival, and during the check-out. That was the only thing he was interested in. Furniture is 15-20 years old, basic things like soap are missing. Just a day before we were renting a house that had a modern finishing, all possible utensils, great view, nice hosts and was 1,5 times cheaper in the same area. So, this one is totally below our expectations.
