景色がよく、真夏なのに高原の風が心地よかった。BBQのコーナーが使いやすく外での食事も快適でした。チェックアウトが11時だったのも慌てず支度でき、よかった。

暗証番号で鍵を開けるとき、番号が違い開かなかった。ホストと連絡がつかずカスタマーセンターでは開け方が分からずとても困った。事前にいくつもメールでの連絡を受けていた中に玄関を開ける時の番号をずいぶん前に受け取っていたことを失念した私にも非はありますが、サイトの予約番号と暗証番号は常に分かりやすく表示されるので、その番号だと思い込んでいたため、到着時になかなか開けられなかった。宿泊日の直前にもチェックインの方法を知らせていただけるとありがたいです。また、チェックインの仕方を確認したい時に、サイトから調べられるようにしてもらえるとスムーズに確認できると思います。
