Perfect location, just a few minutes walk into town/seafront. The cottage is really well done with some lovely facilities and details inside. The beds were lovely and comfortable. Couldn't recommend more!

Absolutely a super place. Gorgeous, practical and thoughtfully arranged. Every little thing has been carefully organised. I just wish I lived in New Zealand, so I could come back. I will be recommending to all my Antipodean friends.

This accommodation was just as we imagined. Great location and walking distance to anywhere including the Waitangi treaty grounds. Very quiet with its own outdoor sitting area.

"Comfortable,quiet cottage."

It was a good location on a quiet road,easy access to all amenities.Everything we wanted to do was walkable from the cottage.We didn’t need to drive everywhere.Very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

"Perfect location, cute, well equipped cottage, nice patio, great parking just next to the cottage."

Excellent location, wonderful pation with roof and grill, good shower, good kitchen.

It smelled a bit "old house" in the house. That smell also got stuch in our clothes afterwards. Almost a bit mouldy smell. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
