The location was great. It was quiet and spacious.

Cleanliness wasn't up to standard, particularly the showers and window blinds. Bed pillows and throw blankets were in poor condition. TV screen had an obvious amount of broken pixels, and all three HDMI points were damaged, so we were unable to connect the laptop as planned.

The outside furniture was very dirty. The cutlery and coffee cups were not clean and partly sticky. We had to clean everything before using. The house was poorly soundproofed.

This place was so comfortable & well thought out! I loved how central it was but still super quiet, there was next to no traffic noise or noise from neighbours. Got a nice surprise as we hadn't realized there was two bathrooms, not one, until we got there, was a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

The coffee supplied was quite stale so I would recommend bringing your own. But that was the only negative & such a minor thing.

"It’s a home away from home."

The whole house. The privacy and quietness of the place. The area is very close to our event. We are 2 families. Myself and my 2 boys and our friend and her daughter. The house really suited our needs. Kids have their own space.

Fabulous location very close to the city centre and the park, perfect spot for a friends weekend. Very comfy space and was perfect for 6 friends

Some slight cleaning issues when we arrived - hair in the bathroom and also breakages from previous guests were left in the garage.
