GBLocation was amazing
Cleanliness was really bad. I had read some previous poor reviews and assumed given it was a known problem it would be better for us but it wasn't and I had to vacuum and wipe tables off there were cobwebs everywhere.

indoor rattan seats moldy cushions, oven only worked on super hot so beef we cooked totally overcooked, hot water not available upstairs, outdoor mats for wiping feet dilapidated, does the fan work in the bigger bathroom? A drier would have been very handy after thermal pools to dry towels & after trekking in the rain. The pillows were very soft which isn't to our liking & only 2 per couple, perhaps a pillow choice would help. (ie one of each?) Although I contacted booking.com re hot water there was no response until the day we left

Not very clean. Cobwebs everywhere and needed a good dusting and vacuum. Confusing upstairs with only having access to 1 room not the full balcony. This wasn’t made clear in the booking process. Sleep out room stunk and was unusable.
