Beachy Keen - Whangamata Holiday Apartment

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Good amentities (including good size kitchen and BBQ) and nice balcony to sit outside. The pool area was lovely and great location close to shops, bars and restaurants and the beach.

Unfortunately one of the other residents in the building took issue to myself and my children playing in the pool for what she deemed was 'too long' which was actually an hour and a half. She was extremely rude and agressive and unfortunately put a dampner on the whole pool experience makimg us feel uncomfortable about accessing the facilities which were clearly incuded in the property. She told (yelled) at us that she was a resident multiple times and that residents took priority over paying guests. She was very unpleasant and sadly it tainted the whole stay.

Great location. apartment was clean and tidy. communication from management was quick and very helpful

Great location and had everything we could possibly need. Super easy to check into, and a lovely apartment to stay in over the long weekend!

The key location wasn't marked.TV didn't work, and they said they would send someone around to look at it and of course no one turned up and no one rang back as promised.
