Norma's Place - Simpsons Beach Bach

Oh my gosh - this batch is absolutely fabulous. We loved the cozy, wood, glass, open design of the house. Having direct beach access and being so close to Whitianga was wonderful Fallen in love with the area

Cosy, warm clean property with sea view location. Great staff always keeping us updated.

The location is great and the views from the property is just awe inspiring. We could not get enough of the fantastic sunrises and sunsets. The property is right on the beach, as soon as you step off the grass in the back yard, your feet hits the sand and soon the ocean, it was one of the most memorable holidays we have ever experienced. It is a short drive to all the little shops, city centre of Whitianga, ferry crossing, etc. It is such a magical place.

The property is a little outdated, but you can see that improvements and a makeover is in progress. The only thing that slightly concerned me was that there's a broken decking plank on the side of the house & some of the doors didn't close properly/securely. This is only if I have to be critical, otherwise, I can only say that we are all still excitedly & fondly reminiscing about our stay and time there.

Position on the beach

The bedding was clean but the pillows and mattress protectors were stained. Smelt a bit musty when we first arrived need a good airing
