We loved the view and the larksong!

It's so scruffy on the outside as you drive in. It just looks like it's not quite finished with the cylinders and bins cluttered around and haphazard logs (and axe!!) It would have been nice to unpack whilst there. Great wardrobe space but not much drawer space.

"Enjoyable stay at Lake Tekapo"

It has everything we needed. Good location, quiet and comfortable. The washer and dryer were really good. The other facilities were in good working order.

Upon arrival into the property, it was very, very hot (31 degrees Celsius), it took a while to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level with A/C, opened windows and closed curtains and using the heat pump.

they need to review the property before actually someone stays. both beans' bags were old, and all the beans were coming out. so, with the kids it was hard and have to vacuum quite few times
