Location and the house - both fantastic, walked to the centre, had a bike ride on Rabbit Island and played golf at Motueka.... sat in the garden and read, had games nights in the lounge.. everything was awesome.

The list of costs if we broke anything was a little disappointing and really not required with our group. We all have Airbnb properties and don't feel it necessary.

Size, location, comfortable beds, Privacy, garden, kitchen, warmth.

The TV, media were unusable. Instructions completely useless. Only one staff responded to request for help, and despite effort, couldnt resolve. Ultimately we wasted a lot of time trying to figure out the unworkable system. Two attempts to contact other supposedly more knowledgable staff got no response. No tv, not good. The I structures need complete rewrite and remote system sorted out.
