most facilities were catered. setup was modern and clean. Bedding was comfortable

There was no wall shelf in the shower area for the shower, conditioner and body wash bottles. They had to be placed on movable platform which can be a safety hazard if placed on the wet floor and user could slip and lose the balance while reaching for the bottles. if placed outside the cubicle, it also placed inconvenience with water dripping everywhere - an avoidable hazard. Both can lead to legal issues. Owner should take note

The property was very clean and comfortable

The garden wasn’t enclosed - anyone on the estate could wander in and was next to a gate for the busy main road - you couldn’t leave children out there unattended for a moment

The apartment was very modern and clean with comfortable furniture and well fitted out with crockery and utensils. There were a couple of air conditioners, It is quite close to a small supermarket and a pub and there is a lovely river walk nearby. Parking was fine.

The apartment was a bit further from central Wanaka than we expected (that's our mistake not theirs). It's part of quite a large complex (50+ units), Our specific apartment had a bit of road noise and wasn't very private with a public footpath going past the door - that will be better when the hedge grows. The "Boarding Pass" to get in was, to us, a bit gimmicky and a nuisance but others may like the overtly commercial feel of it. Maybe a BBQ would be a good addition. Not entirely sure about the view - definitely there but a bit obscured. There seems to be a big cleaning fee built into the price which distorts the value a bit.

Nice large space, good items to use, felt very homey.

If you didn’t have a car it would be a difficult location but luckily we did have a car.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and really conveniently located. The kitchen was well-stocked. The check-in was really easy.

The cleaning fee was high for a small place.
