Whats not to like? Perfect location, heaps of space with great design and layout of the house. We have 6 people which feel so comfortable especially the view from the living room.

An excellent house. It had everything we needed including a washing machine upstairs as well as a huge machine in the garage and big industrial dryer. All the bedrooms had ensuites. We wished we had stayed longer.

The house is of a comfortable size, with a well-equipped and spacious kitchen that made cooking enjoyable. Each room comes with its own en suite bathroom, which is a definite plus for privacy and convenience. The view of Lake Tekapo from the property is gorgeous and adds significant charm.

Upon entry, there was a strong lingering smell of Indian food, which may be unpleasant for some guests. The garage was notably messy and dirty, which detracted from the overall upkeep of the property. Despite being in a region where snowfall is expected, the house was poorly equipped to handle snow. There was no guidance on what to do when the driveway was snowed in. A major oversight that created real inconvenience. Heating was inconsistent. While the common area had a heat pump, it did not effectively reach the master bedroom. Only some rooms had electric mattress warmers, and there was no central or portable heater provided for the master bedroom, making it noticeably colder than the rest of the house.

Beautiful view from the lounge. Very comfortable with all on suit bathroom.

The decoration is a bit dated, but expected in this price range.
