"Modern, clean and well equipped house in a lovely location very close to Old Cromwell town with lovely views of the rive"

The house was modern and spacious. There is a heat pump and gas fireplace which kept the upstairs area of the house warm. Kitchen was clean and very well equipped. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is perfect for a group. Bathrooms were clean and modern with excellent water pressure

The 3rd bedroom is downstairs with entrance through the garage. It was quite cold going down there but once in the room it was warm with a panel heater and oil column heater. This was fine for our group which had an adult downstairs. But probably not so suitable for a family with young children

Shower head placement a problem with instant wet floor around the vanity unit. Suggest a shower curtain or similar

Open, sunny, views, clean

I would have liked to know the single bedroom was downstairs off the garage, not with the other bedrooms. If we were travelling with small children I would need to know this.
