Beautiful and quiet bungalow. Perfect for a family stay to chill, relax and have peace of mind. After checked-in, no electricity and water even we turn on all the lights. We need to look for the main suit with darkness to on it. The floor is dirty.

1. The water heater is not working well, half way using hot water can be stop. 2. A lot mosquitoes, please provide mosquitoes coil. 3. The interior is not well maintained. 4. Please throw away all the dirty slippers at the entrance

We made our reservation through Booking.com for a short getaway. The house is conveniently located approx 300m away to Cameron Highlands Resort, about 10min drive to Tanah Rata. Kitchen appliances and cutlery set are complete. Cleanliness is at satisfying level. Mildew at some part of the house is acceptable due to the weather. Would be great if the garden has more flowers. 🌼😄 Good choice for big group of 6 to 7pax.

One of the Water heater was out but property owner didn't inform until being asked. No follow-up to inform was the issue resolve till asked again. Hope whoever on next visit, this issue resolved.

It’s a very nice and quiet bungalow, an authentic one with the fittings :)

The water heater in all the rooms except one is working. Thus major inconvenience for shower. Imagine 8 person using only one bathroom!

We like the big parking lot. Easy to check in.

The locate entrance is hardly to find out because the entrance gate there no private light or road light at all, the floor little bit oily and the bed is yellowish, is NOT clean at all. Whole room is so smelly whole time, it make my cloths also contaminate the smell. The most horrible experiences is second day in the morning, the water supply is cut while i was in the middle of taking shower, messaged host, not settle the problem at all because host only message me back after 2hours, we have to check out early to find toilet at other places. And also there is a creepy image at the kitchen sink there. Sealed small room, 2 disuse old chairs left at the corridor between the kitchen and the small sealed room casually, imagine it if you not put the curtain down, is quite creepy to watch the image while you washing your hand, because the corridor is super dark, but you can see the creepy sealed small room and those old chairs. One more things quite not reasonable is one of the house rules; they will need you place back all the things (Etc: Remote control, house shoe, Plate, towel, chair...) after use, if not you will get penalty for RM100 although they did charge me the RM130 Cleaning Fee. In the end, i need to do all the housework, put back all the stuff as where the stuff first time we took from.

property need to to be upkeeps especially the landscaping, drainage almost stuck with grasses and rotten leaves, master bedroom toilet washing basin mirror broken and was just repaired with plaster tape! OMG….

mosquitoes a lot maybe garden grasses without upkeep., seating sofa cushion broken as well since the bungalow occupies 9 pax with 9 beds however dining chair just 6 units? what about another 3 persons where to seat?
