Location Cleanliness

Overall it was a good experience. Only set back was toilet at the ground level is NOT OKU/Senior Citizen friendly. Owner needs to consider to change the toilet to sitting instead of squatting. Otherwise no issues.

"Cozy Homestay at Tupai Mas"

The location of the house is near to my planned program and relative. Cozy spacious house with 4 rooms. Gives my small family some personal spaces at night after a tired day. Toiletries, towels and internet provided. Quiet surrounding and occasionally you will hear neighbours chit chatting among themselves. Contactless check in and check out. Just to make sure you follow some house rules. Will book again for my annual program if the facility is still available.

Landscaping at yard area can be improved for tenants' usage for BBQ perhapss. Some windows that cannot be entirely closed should be repaired as it rains a lot in Taiping. Risk having leakage into house and room.
