We had the most wonderful time at Krishan Villa – truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful vibe enveloped us. The property is set in a stunning, lush tropical garden bursting with vibrant plants, fruit trees, and so much greenery – it's like stepping into a serene oasis. The garden alone is worth the visit; we spent hours just relaxing there, listening to birds and enjoying the calm atmosphere far from any hustle. The aesthetics are beautiful – a charming, colonial-inspired villa with thoughtful details that make it feel elegant yet cozy and homey. Every corner has that perfect blend of nature and refined style. What truly made our stay special were the hosts. They are incredibly friendly, warm, and went out of their way to help with everything – from airport pick-up tips to local recommendations and even small thoughtful gestures that made us feel so welcome and cared for. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to the airport and nearby attractions, making it an ideal spot to unwind after travel or before heading out. If you're a lover of nature, tranquility, and beautiful aesthetics, this is absolutely the place for you. We can't recommend Krishan Villa highly enough – we'll definitely be coming back on our next trip! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay

The green cosy location was a great start for my Sri Lanka travel. The staff were all very kind, Tania picked me up in a very convenient way at the airport. They also brought me to Colombo. Was a safe stay, you can walk around the area for hours to discover new adventures.

The mosquitoes were attacking me the most here, was not any problem at other locations in Sri Lanka, but that’s not their fault of course.

The staff is very nice and helpful, and the garden is like a gardeners dream, taken care of with much love and knowledge. Location is very nice and quiet, away from busy streets and traffic.

The rooms were not very clean, but ok, maybe it's not good to measure with Western standards.

In de omgeving is niet zo veel te doen en jammer dat er geen fijne loungeplekken in de heerlijke tuin waren

Very communicative host and staff. Tanya who helped us at the property was super helpful. Property itself is big and clean. Breakfast options were also good.

Bed and linen quality could be better

Location is in a quiet area in the streets of Negombo, but not too far. We had a vehicle so didn't need to walk. Hosts greeted us with drinks on arrival and were very friendly. Room was clean and tidy and the hosts also made some arrangements that we asked for even though we stayed only a single night. Good bathroom facilities, shower had good pressure and hot water.

A frog in the bathroom and some insects, but that was to be expected (we experienced the same in much more expensive hotels).
