Felix was exceptionally helpful and gave some great tips for our stay. The house is a perfect base to explore the city & well located. The house has a wonderful rooftop terrace with was great! I’d highly recommend it!

A bit noisy with construction work next door all day long! not Baladin’s fault but a bit difficult to chill in the house! Disappointing toiletries - not the usual standard expected more natural products in keeping with house but they looked very chemical blue! Roof terrace a little tired could do with some love as it’s a great place to soak up the sun and feel the spirit of the city.

Central location, easy and close access to parking, lovely light and open communal sitting area and kitchen. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with a great view. The furnshings and layout are very comfortable.

Little things need improvement, e.g. my husband and I took the room with the double bed, but the duvet on it was a single, so a bit small for two people. There was only one bedside light for the double bed. Being winter, the rooms were quite cold, but there was only one heater for the two rooms. Luckily there were two nice warm blankets in one of the cupboards. There is a lovely roof terrace, but it is not cleaned or maintained and only has two rusty metal chairs and a small table - not enough seating for the three of us. The furniture in the communal sitting area is a bit dinged and worn. There was quite a bit of mould on the walls and ceilings in the communal sitting area. There is no microwave, only an oven - as a tourist, not very useful.

Very nice stay at a beautiful little house for our own in the middle of the Medina.

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped.

Very friendly host/staff, the riad itself is very clean and beautifu. The interior style was amazing. And perfect location; everything is on walking distance. I had an wonderfull time!
