jardines es un area limpia y segura, mejor que el resto de playa que esta muy sucia.

the host was not polite from the beginning. difficult to pick up the keys because he says... too busy, i have another place. the apartment was not clean between checkout before and check in later, done by me, but was charging me for clean. difficult to contact the host, usually not answer.

The place was not near the beach and is not possible to take taxi or anything around

The apartment is very small and I listen to noise from other apartments. there are many ants in the apartment, most around the kitchen and bathroom. there is construction stuff on the balcony and no laundry. The internet was not working for more than 4 days and neither the tv and the contact guy didn´t care, he just didn´t answer my calls

The host was nice and helpful.

When we arrived was a really bad smell in the room and the linen was dirty. The guy that made us the check in give us toilet paper and one towel ( we was 4). we didn’t have hot water and the shower was like a spring rain with very low pressure. In the morning, workers are making a lot of noise and you not be able to sleep. The location is very far from the beach. in the morning and in the evening the traffic is horrible… we made 30 minute at least. Is not a place for vacation.

Sind spät angekommen und leider etwas umständlich dahin zu gelangen, weil dieses Gebiet neu ist und einige Straßen nicht zugänglich sind. Der Empfang war nett und das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Sehr schön!

Die Bettwäsche war leider nicht wirklich frisch

Moises nous a super bien accueilli et a su nous dépanner rapidement si besoin est. L'emplacement est parfait et securisé. Punta Esmeralda ou Playa 88 sont à quelques minutes. Il y a une piscine dans la résidence. L'appartement est très bien, moderne et les lits sont confortables. Le Wi-Fi est accessible.

Il manque peut-être quelques équipements(ouvre-boîte, passoire, verres, etc.) Rien de bien grave!
