The hospitality of the owner. My family got sick two days before the trip and tried to contact the property owner to cancel a day before the stay however the owner did not pick up the call and even ended the call reached once we already stated that most of our family members are sick and expected us to bear the amount we have paid before the journey. We hope the owner at least spares some consideration to us as we are not faking sick as most of the family is so sick that we even need to be hospitalized for it however the owner doesn't even try to call back or pick up the call we have made so many times. The owner was available during sending the message for rules and regulations for the stay only and even expected us to provide another amount the security deposit RM 100 to get the code number for us to proceed the stay
