Clean and equipped for family gathering. Close to the beach. Very accomodating host and easy check in/out process.

Areas for improvement (consistent with past reviews) - Bathroom water pressure is low, had to use pail bathe. Recommend water pump to boost pressure. - Drinking water dispenser was not functioning properly. Only dispensed hot and warm water, even at cold outlet.

Location very near to the beach. The house is very clean & comfortable. Bed and quilt is very comfy. The yard is spacious can fit 2 cars.
